Unless otherwise stated in the product description (made-to-order products for example), all orders are normally dispatched between 1 to 3 days. In the event of expedition delays we will contact the customer's email with a more accurate prediction.
Usually we send our orders through the Portuguese post offices (CTT) which takes between 3 to 7 days to reach Europe, and 5 to 15 days for other countries. However, have in mind that other factors may alter these dates and inevitably delay the arrival, like weather conditions, the country's political changes, and other typical force majeure events.
The customer can opt for an express alternative with EMS International with deliveries from 1 day up to 7 days, depending on your location. For this case you should ask us for a quote via email, before placing any order and stating the desired products. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Orders outside the European Union may attract additional customs or import duties which we are unable to predict, as they depend on the destination country and are determined at arrival. Such fees or duties, and subsequent delivery delays, are of the exclusive responsibility of the customer, not Noise Goods.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable items include: gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
On the package, write the following information in big and legible letters: "Returned goods to noisegoods.com".
Returns must be sent directly to us, Noise Goods. Contact us before any return and to confirm the destination address, to this email: email@example.com.
We cannot be responsible for any costs in returning any item to us, and until it reaches Portuguese soil.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days dependent of the refund method.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition; is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
We cannot refund the orders, when products are clearly used or are worn. Customers must inspect the product before using it.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are obviously defective or damaged. Or if you need to exchange it for the same item, or a variation of this same item. Send us an email to email@example.com. Add some photos if possible, so we can understand your view, in case of defect.
Have in mind that we use natural, rugged materials and handcrafting processes. Some apparent marks are typical or natural characteristics of these products, and are considered part of the aesthetics.
